Shipping & Collection
- All online orders are shipped or collected from the Schoemans headquarters in Windhoek.
- For collection or shipping from other branches, please enquire prior to placing your order.
Shipping Address & Risk
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has left our premises.
Payment & Processing
- Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has cleared and is reflected in our bank account.
- Please note that EFT payments may take 2–3 working days to clear, which may delay shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, Schoemans will make every effort to contact the customer and arrange for re-delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders placed before 14:00 on business days will be processed for shipping accordingly.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday).
